Kohlrabi & Chard Pan




  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 1/3 c coconut cream
  • 1 spring onion
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sesame



Melt the butter in a pan. While the butter is melting chop the onion and kohlrabi. Add onion and kohlrabi to the hot butter. While stirring cook for about 7-10 minutes.

When the onion and kohlrabi are soft add the garlic and chard leaves and, not the stem (the stem is still edible, you can use it for a different dish). When the leaves are wilted add coconut cream. Let the liquid bubble then add spices. Serve with a sprinkle of spring onions and sesame seeds. ENJOY!
