This Cashew Cream Cheese is so easy and quick to make, you will never want to eat regular cream cheese again. I use it on pretty much everything and it tastes like heaven. The best thing is, it only calls for 4 ingredients!
- a small handful of cashew nuts
- 1-2 tbsp of plant milk (I like to use soy or rice for this recipe)
- 1 clove of garlic
Quick soak the cashews by pouring boiling water over them and leaving them to sit for about 15-30 mins. You can also soak them with cold water and let it sit overnight but the other method works just as well and you can make your cream cheese right away.
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until a smooth cream forms. Voila!
