Vanilla Green Tea Doughnuts | Vegan

It’s no secret that I love matcha. And the thought of a delicious and fluffy matcha doughnuts was to good to not try and make them. With the added vanilla they taste just like my favorite matcha latte but baked, which is even better!

Berioo has recently come out with their new line of superfoods and one of them is a awesome matcha that is not only great for drinking matcha lattes but also for adding them into your baked goods!

If you don’t own a doughnut pan I strongly urge you to invest in one. Baking your doughnuts instead of frying them is not only a lot less messy but also much healthier. However you can use any kind of small baking molds for this recipe.
